Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out the rules for how LushLinq may be used. By using the platform, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.

1. General conduct

Treat others with respect. Do not engage in harassment, abuse, hate speech, or threats.

2. Prohibited content

• Sexually explicit content, nudity, pornography, escort or sexual services, and adult audio/video chat.
• Content involving minors in any sexual context.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or revenge content.
• Graphic violence, real animal abuse, or gore.
• Content promoting terrorism, extremism, or real-world violence.
• Illegal drugs, weapons, or regulated services.
• Content that doxxes or exposes private information without consent.
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property theft, including posting content you do not own or have a license to use.
• Any other content that is illegal under applicable law.

3. Prohibited behavior

• Impersonation of another person, brand, or public figure.
• Spam, scams, phishing, or deceptive offers.
• Circumventing payments, age gates, or content restrictions.
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform.
• Manipulating engagement through fake likes, follows, or views.
• Chargeback fraud or payment laundering.

4. Account integrity

You may not sell, transfer, or share your account. You may not create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or manipulate the platform.

5. Creator-specific rules

Creators must own or have licensed all rights to the content they post. Every person appearing in content must be a consenting adult. Creators must keep required records and comply with applicable laws.

6. Platform integrity

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or overload the platform. Do not interfere with the experience of other users or the operation of the Service.
