This policy applies to anyone who broadcasts or participates in live streams on LushLinq.
1. Eligibility
Only verified creators who are at least 18 years old may start a live stream. All participants in a stream must also be adults.
2. Content rules
- All Community Guidelines apply to live streams in real time.
- No content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or illegal activity.
- No promotion of illegal goods, services, or scams.
- Streamers must have rights to any music or media played during the stream.
3. Viewer conduct
- Chat must remain respectful. Hate speech, harassment, and spam are not allowed.
- Do not share personal information in chat.
- Gifts and tips are voluntary and non-refundable.
4. Co-hosts and guests
Streamers are responsible for the behavior of anyone they invite to appear on their stream. All guests must be consenting adults. Streamers must not broadcast someone without their knowledge or consent.
5. Recording and retention
LushLinq may retain live stream recordings for moderation, safety, and legal compliance purposes. We do not guarantee that streams will be archived or made available for replay.
6. Enforcement
Violations during a live stream may result in immediate stream termination, warnings, or account suspension. Severe or repeated violations will result in permanent bans.
