Welcome to LushLinq. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LushLinq website, mobile experience, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use LushLinq. See our Age & Eligibility page for full requirements.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Posting sexually explicit content, nudity, pornography, escort or sexual services, or adult audio/video chat.
- Posting illegal, non-consensual, or sexually exploitative content involving minors.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, or impersonation.
- Spam, scams, fraud, payment laundering, or chargeback abuse.
- Circumventing security, scraping, or attempting to access non-public data.
- Distributing malware or interfering with the Service.

4. Creators and fans
Creators are responsible for the content they post and for complying with applicable laws, including tax laws. Fans are responsible for the way they interact with creators and for their purchases. The full creator-specific terms are in our Creator Agreement.
5. Paid features and subscriptions
LushLinq offers monthly subscriptions, pay-per-view content, tips, and live gifts. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are described in our Subscription Terms and Refund Policy. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method.
6. Intellectual property
Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By posting, creators grant LushLinq a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content on the Service for the purpose of operating it. Fans may not copy, redistribute, or re-publish creator content without permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or our Community Guidelines, or to protect the safety of the Service or its users. You can delete your account at any time from settings.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any creator will be available or continue to post.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LushLinq is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
LushLinq may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised policy.
