This agreement applies to anyone who posts content on LushLinq — posts, stories, live streams, and chat rooms. It is in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must own or have all necessary rights and permissions to the content you post.
- Every person who appears in your content must be a consenting adult, and you must keep records where required.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws where you live.
2. Content ownership and license
You keep ownership of your content. You grant LushLinq a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, transcode, and distribute your content on the Service for the purpose of operating it and showing it to the audiences you choose. You can delete your content at any time, which ends this license going forward.
3. No member-to-member payments
LushLinq is funded by LushLinq Membership. You may not charge other members, sell content, request tips, or direct members to pay you off-platform through LushLinq. Earlier monetization features have ended; records of past activity are preserved in your account history.
4. Moderation
Content may be reviewed before or after it appears. Content that is under review, flagged or removed may be hidden. You can appeal moderation decisions from My cases.
5. Prohibited content
You may not post anything that violates our Community Guidelines or applicable law.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate posting privileges or accounts for violations of this agreement, our Terms, or our Community Guidelines, or to protect the safety of the Service and its members.

LushLinq may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised policy.
