This Creator Agreement applies to any LushLinq account that monetizes — through subscriptions, pay-per-view content, tips, or live gifts. It is in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must own or have all necessary rights and permissions to the content you post.
- Every person who appears in your content must be a consenting adult, and you must keep records where required.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws and tax rules where you live.
2. Content ownership and license
You keep ownership of your content. You grant LushLinq a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, transcode, and distribute your content on the Service for the purpose of operating it and showing it to the audiences you choose (public, subscribers, or PPV unlockers). You can delete your content at any time, which ends this license going forward.
3. Pricing and earnings
- You set your subscription price, PPV prices, and accept tips and live gifts.
- LushLinq's revenue split is 90% to the creator, 10% to the platform on subscriptions, PPV unlocks, tips, and live gifts.
- Payment-processor fees, refunds, and chargebacks are deducted before or against creator earnings.
4. Payouts
Earnings accrue to your wallet and can be requested as a payout once your payout setup is complete and your account is in good standing. During the beta, payouts are processed manually. We will publish a payout schedule once we exit beta.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
Where a refund or chargeback is granted, the corresponding earnings will be reversed from your wallet. Patterns of chargeback or refund abuse may result in suspension.
6. Prohibited content
You may not post anything that violates our Community Guidelines or applicable law.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate creator privileges for violations of this agreement, our Terms, or our Community Guidelines, or to protect the safety of the Service and its users. We will pay out earned amounts that are not subject to refund or dispute.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings. We may issue tax documents where required by law.
LushLinq may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised policy.
