Most digital purchases on LushLinq are non-refundable, but we review every request fairly. Refunds are decided case by case.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged.
- If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If a renewal was processed despite a confirmed cancellation, contact support for a refund.
Pay-per-view content
- PPV posts and messages are non-refundable once unlocked.
- If the content was undelivered, broken, or materially different from what was advertised, contact support.
Tips and live gifts
Tips and live gifts are voluntary and final. They are non-refundable except in cases of fraud or unauthorized payment use.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged for something that didn't unlock, contact support and we'll fix it.
Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact support@lushlinq.com before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first asking us may result in temporary account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
How to request a refund
Email support@lushlinq.com with your account email, the approximate date of the purchase, and what happened. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
LushLinq may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised policy.
