LushLinq respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws elsewhere.
Submitting a DMCA notice
If you believe content on LushLinq infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at legal@lushlinq.com that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with a URL or other information sufficient to locate it on LushLinq.
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe in good faith it was a mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice with comparable detail to the same address. We may restore the content as permitted by law if the original complainant does not pursue legal action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts subject to repeated valid copyright claims will be suspended or permanently terminated.
False claims
Submitting false notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability. Please make sure your claim is genuine.
LushLinq may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised policy.
