This policy governs how direct messages, live chat, and other messaging features may be used on LushLinq.
1. Respectful communication
All messages must be respectful. Harassment, threats, hate speech, slurs, or unwanted sexual advances are not permitted.
2. No spam
- Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, promotional content, or repeated identical messages.
- Do not use automated tools or bots to send messages.
- Do not send messages with deceptive links or phishing attempts.
3. Privacy
- Do not share another user's private information without their consent.
- Do not attempt to move communication off-platform to circumvent safety or payment controls.
- Messages are private between participants but may be reviewed if reported for safety violations.
4. Pay-per-view messages
Creators may send PPV messages to subscribers or followers. Fans must explicitly unlock the content before viewing. Creators must not misrepresent what is included in a PPV unlock.
5. Reporting
You can report abusive messages directly in the chat. We review reports and may remove content, restrict messaging privileges, or take account action.
6. Enforcement
- First violations may result in a warning or temporary messaging restriction.
- Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account suspension.
- Messages involving minors, threats, or NCII will result in immediate account termination.
