Payments & Payout Policy

This policy explains how payments from fans are processed, how creators earn money, and how payouts are handled on LushLinq.

1. Payment processing

LushLinq uses a third-party payment processor (Stripe) to handle all transactions. We do not store your full card number or bank account details. By making a purchase, you authorize charges to your selected payment method.

2. Creator revenue share

LushLinq's standard revenue split is 90% to the creator, 10% to the platformon subscriptions, pay-per-view unlocks, tips, and live gifts. Payment processor fees, refunds, and chargebacks are deducted from the transaction before or against creator earnings.

3. Earnings accrual

• Earnings are credited to your creator wallet as transactions settle.
• Settlement typically takes 7–14 days after a transaction.
• Chargebacks, refunds, and disputed transactions will be deducted from your wallet.

4. Payouts

• You must complete payout setup (bank or payment method) before requesting a withdrawal.
• During beta, payouts are processed manually. A scheduled payout system will be introduced after beta.
• Minimum payout thresholds and processing times will be communicated in your dashboard.
• You are responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings.

5. Payout eligibility

Payouts require a verified account in good standing. Accounts under investigation, with unresolved chargebacks, or that have violated our terms may have payouts withheld until the issue is resolved.

6. Failed payments

If a fan's payment fails, the subscription or purchase will not be completed. For subscriptions, we may retry the payment method. Repeated failures will result in subscription cancellation.

7. Currency

Transactions are processed in the currency shown at checkout. Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment method and bank.
