This agreement applies to anyone who uses LushLinq as a fan or subscriber. It is in addition to our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
1. Your relationship with creators
When you subscribe to a creator or unlock their content, you are entering a direct relationship with that creator. LushLinq provides the platform and payment processing but is not a party to your relationship with creators.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- Prices are set by creators and may change. You will be notified before a price change takes effect.
- Pay-per-view unlocks are one-time purchases. You retain access as long as the content remains on the platform.
- Tips and live gifts are voluntary and non-refundable.
3. Content ownership
You may not copy, redistribute, screenshot, screen-record, or re-publish any creator content outside of LushLinq without the creator's explicit permission. Unauthorized sharing may result in legal action and account termination.
4. Conduct
You agree to interact respectfully with creators and other users. Harassment, demands for content not offered, or abusive behavior may result in removal of your access and account action.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel subscriptions at any time from your Billing page. Cancellations stop future renewals but do not refund the current billing period unless required by law. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Platform changes
Creators may change their pricing, content offerings, or leave the platform. LushLinq is not liable for any changes a creator makes to their profile or content.
LushLinq may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised policy.
