If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you can appeal it. This policy explains how appeals work and what to expect.
1. What can be appealed
- Content removal decisions.
- Account warnings, suspensions, or bans.
- Restriction of monetization features.
2. What cannot be appealed
We do not accept appeals for: content confirmed to involve minors; confirmed NCII or revenge content; content that incites violence or terrorism; or repeated violations after multiple warnings.
3. How to submit an appeal
Email support@lushlinq.com from the email address associated with your account. Include:
- Your username and the date of the action.
- A clear explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect.
- Any relevant context, links, or evidence.
4. Appeal review process
- We aim to review appeals within 10 business days.
- Appeals are reviewed by a different team member than the one who made the original decision.
- We may uphold, overturn, or modify the original decision.
- Our decision is final. Repeated frivolous appeals may result in account restrictions.
5. During the appeal
Account suspensions and content restrictions remain in place during the appeal unless we determine they were clearly applied in error.
6. Good faith
Appeals must be made in good faith. Providing false information, threatening staff, or using the appeals process to harass will result in rejection and possible further action.
LushLinq may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised policy.
