This policy explains how referral links, sharing, and affiliate-style activity work on LushLinq.
1. Referral links
Users may share referral links to invite others to join LushLinq. Referral rewards, if any, are described in the referral program terms shown in the app.
2. Prohibited sharing behavior
- Do not use spam, bots, or unsolicited bulk messaging to distribute referral links.
- Do not misrepresent what LushLinq is or what users will receive for signing up.
- Do not pay for fake signups or manipulate referral metrics.
- Do not share referral links on platforms where they violate that platform's terms.
3. Creator content sharing
Fans may share a creator's public profile link. You may not share subscriber-only or pay-per-view content outside the platform without the creator's permission. Screenshots, screen recordings, or redistribution of protected content is prohibited.
4. Rewards and eligibility
Referral rewards are subject to verification. We reserve the right to withhold rewards if we detect fraud, abuse, or violation of this policy. Rewards have no cash value unless otherwise stated.
5. Program changes
We may modify or end referral programs at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app.
LushLinq may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised policy.
