These terms describe how monthly subscriptions and other paid purchases on LushLinq work.
Monthly subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed monthly at the price set by the creator.
- They renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Local taxes may be added.
Cancellation
- You can cancel any time from the Billing page.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current paid period.
- Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period (see Refund Policy).
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry. If retries continue to fail, your subscription will lapse and your access to subscriber-only content will end.
Pay-per-view (PPV)
PPV posts and PPV direct messages are one-time purchases. Once unlocked, you keep access for as long as the creator keeps the content available on the platform.
Tips and live gifts
Tips and live gifts are one-time, non-refundable contributions to a creator. They are not in exchange for specific deliverables.
Refunds and chargebacks
See our Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
LushLinq may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised policy.
