LushLinq is a membership-based social and community platform. One LushLinq Membership gives you access to the platform. Members do not pay other members — there are no creator subscriptions, tips, gifts, pay-per-view purchases, paid messages or paid chat rooms. These terms apply alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Plans and pricing
- Monthly: $7.99 per month.
- Annual: $79.99 per year.
- Both plans include exactly the same features and access. The annual plan is a discounted billing option, not a different tier.
- Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
2. Automatic renewal
- Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period — every month for Monthly, every year for Annual — until you cancel.
- Each renewal is charged to your saved payment method on or around the renewal date shown in Billing.
- If we ever change membership pricing, we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice.
3. Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from the Billing page.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, whether monthly or annual.
- When that paid period ends, member access ends. Your account, profile, posts and followers remain unless you delete your account.
4. Failed payments
- If a renewal payment fails, we notify you and retry automatically over the following days.
- Your access continues while retries are in progress. Updating your payment method in Billing is the quickest fix.
- If all retries fail, your membership ends and member access is removed. You can rejoin at any time.
5. Updating your payment method
You can update your card or other payment method at any time from Billing. The new method is used for future renewals.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your membership and account if you break our Terms, Community Guidelines or the law, or to protect the safety of other members. If your account is terminated for a violation, no refund is owed for the remaining period except where required by law.
8. Age and safety
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a membership. See Age & Eligibility.
- Members must follow our Community Guidelines and Messaging Policy. Content and accounts are moderated, and membership does not exempt anyone from moderation.
9. Past purchases
Earlier LushLinq features that involved member-to-member payments have ended. Records of past activity remain in your account history.
