LushLinq is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, view monetized creator content, post content, or make a purchase.
Hard rules
- No one under 18 may create or use an account, with or without parental consent.
- No content involving minors may be posted, ever. This includes images, video, audio, text, or implied depictions.
- Creators must verify the age and consent of every person who appears in their content and keep records where required by law.
How we check
We collect date of birth at signup and require an explicit age confirmation. We may request additional age verification if we have reason to suspect an account is operated by a minor.
Reporting underage accounts or content
If you believe an account is operated by a minor or contains content involving a minor, please report it immediately at support@lushlinq.com. Reports involving minors are prioritized and acted on as quickly as possible.
Consequences
Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18, or to have posted content involving minors, are permanently removed. We cooperate with law enforcement as required.
LushLinq may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised policy.
